A no-show costs more than the empty hour. It costs the prep, the travel, and the customer you could not fit into the calendar. A small deposit makes the commitment clear without turning the booking into a penalty.

- Refunds are eligible before the 24-hour cutoff.
- A no-show forfeits the deposit.
